Biosketch Dr. J.C. Ndilimeke Nashandi is a lecturer and leads the Child Research Initiative and Training at the University of Namibia. Bringing her social science experience in research, projects, and grant management, Ndilimeke uses indigenous, qualitative, and mixed methods research designs to co-create interventions for children, youth, and women. Her work of 28-years span across international, Afrikan, and national settings of academia, government and civil society. She has a PhD in Social Work from the University of Minnesota, R1.
