• Working experience over 40 years in public health and welfare, Dept. of Health and Dep. of Social Development, the Jewish community as well as in child protection and as probation officer in Justice. Research was focused on biopsychosocial factors influencing Adherence to ART in HIV and AIDS.
• Part of the Community Oriented Substance Use Programme (COSUP) in the City Of Tshwane, since 2019. Developed psychosocial concepts and interventions, networking and collaborate with all partners re. psychosocial implications and factors in the Opioid Substitution Therapy (OST) harm reduction programme, City of Tshwane.
• During the COVID-19 lockdown, 2020, developed shelter assessment and auditing tools focusing on the psychosocial matters and interventions for the homeless dealing with substance use and psychosocial implications and improving the quality of life of the homeless.
